We are Steve and Kim, parents to two adult daughters. Boaties of the Hauraki Gulf and dog lovers.
We have been GroutPro and GrassPro specialists since 2016 and are a locally owned business servicing North Shore Auckland, incorporating Whangaparaoa, Warkworth and surrounding areas.
With GroutPro, we are experienced in all aspects of tile & grout restoration, glass restoration and shower domes.
For GrassPro, our experience is with the supply and installation of artificial grass.
We also offer the GarageCarpetPro brand of services – garage carpet, garage door insulation and Cleverseal.

Colourseal – Grout Recolouring
This customer wanted to have their grout and tiles cleaned and the grout recoloured. When grout is still in a good condition, coloursealing is an excellent option. Although a “GroutPro clean” on its own can be impressive, Colourseal (a GroutPro unique product) gives new life to old grout. Cleaning and coloursealing does not require removal of the existing grout so there was no risk of damaging any of the tiles.

Shower base and bathroom floor regrout – North Shore
This was a little tenanted apartment where there was little to no grout at all left in the shower base and the main floor of the bathroom.
The only option here (other than to completely re-tile), was to regrout both areas and provide an “as new” look to the room.
We used Manhattan Grey epoxy grout – which is waterproof and stainproof. After the regrout, new silicone was added.
A great result for the property owner and the tenant!
Artificial Grass supply and installation – Whangaparaoa Peninsula
Our customers had an area where they had constantly been trying to grow grass, but the grass wasn’t growing and the area was boggy and unusable.
We removed the existing topsoil, added drainage metal, geothermal mudmat and installed the grass.
The result is a useable area, that looks inviting and requires next to no maintenance for many years to come.
