As a GroutPro franchisee the services you’ll offer to your clients will include; professional tile and grout cleaning, grout recolouring, tile and grout sealing, damaged tile repairs, re-grouting with both cement and epoxy grouts, silicone removal & replacement, shower glass restoration, total shower refurbishment and Showerdome installation.

The Deck&FencePro Opportunity
As a Deck&FencePro franchisee you will specialise in the restoration of weathered decks, fences, garden furniture, and other outdoor timber surfaces. If it needs cleaning, oiling, staining, painting or repairing – you can get it done for your clients with no mess and no stress! All products you’ll be providing to your clients are manufactured in New Zealand for New Zealand conditions. The top quality, locally manufactured paints and oil stains you will use support the NZ economy and are environmentally responsible. Your franchise restoration services will include; timber decks, timber fences and trellis, brick, block and plaster fences, garden furniture, garage doors, deck and fence repairs/rebuilds/new builds (not requiring permit).

The Prep&PaintPro Opportunity
As a Prep&PaintPro franchisee you’ll provide efficient interior and exterior painting services, and provide full project management for the painting of your client’s property. The business model is based on the franchisee sourcing experienced sub-contracted painters to do the actual painting, while your time is spent marketing, quoting, and project managing each job. This allows for multiple painting jobs to be undertaken at once therefore leveraging the labour component of each hour worked.
