Damaged floor in Rental Property
One of my rental agents had a property that was going to be rented and the tiles on the floor in the kitchen had come loose.
I removed all of the loose tiles, ground the glue from the floor and the back of each tile, and refixed them. I then removed the old cement based grout from the entire kitchen floor and replaced it with epoxy grout for a long lasting stain free solution.
As you can see the outcome was great.
Tired old shower
This was a full shower restoration, requiring removal and replacement of the old cement based grout with epoxy grout, removal of the mineral etching from the tiles, and replacement of silicone.
The customer now has a near new shower at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
A full shower refresh
These jobs are my bread and butter.
An older shower that was looking tires with a lot of calcuim build-up, mouldy silicone, and stained grout.
Our usual process of a deep clean, removal of mineral deposits, buffing of the tiles to bring back the shine, grout replacement with stain proof epoxy group, and replacement of the silicone.
All done in a couple of days with the shower out of action for less than a week.
