Kumar came and ‘rescued’ our ensuite shower. He listened to my husband when he explained what we needed done. Kumar told us everything he would need to do and gave us a quote. Once we told him to go ahead he booked the job in for the next day. During the whole process he was more than happy to answer my questions. I would like to let The Pro Group know that I have recently had work done by your franchisees Ross and Leanne Galloway. Leanne was very professional, friendly and flexible with my queries and prompt with her quote. The variety of work (building a new deck, installing a loft ladder, and insulating/lining the garage ceiling was professional, quick, and done to a high standard.
